The State in its efforts to attract more investors to Kelantan has the following incentives to offer:

• Flexible Payment Scheme for Industrial Land

• Payment period from 8-10 years

• Ready-made factories for rental

• Reduction of 30% on water rates for consumption exceeding 200 m³ per day

• Reduction of 30% on land premium for factory land area exceeding 8,000m and 40% for the next 8,000m

• Reduction of 40% on land price for factory employing more than 500 workers with repayment period of 10 years

• Reduction of 10% on Assessment rate
